A pipping ceremony was held today at Police Headquarters, Manipur, to mark the promotion of Ms. Diksha Langthasa, IPS and Shri Jay Barange, IPS to the rank of Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl. SP).

The rank badges were pinned by Shri Mukesh Singh, IPS, Director General of Police, Manipur and the ADGP (L&O) Manipur.

On promotion, Ms. Diksha Langthasa, IPS has been posted as Addl. SP (L&O) Chandel while Shri Jay Barange, IPS has been posted as Addl. SP(L&O), Imphal West

The DGP congratulated both officers and conveyed his best wishes for their new assignments.
