On 24/08/2026, CDO-Kakching conducted a search operation at Kiyamgei Awang Leikai under Irilbung-PS, Imphal East District and arrested an active cadre of RPF/PLA, one Nameirakpam Sanju Meitei alias Nganba (35) S/o. (L) N. Warjit Meetei, from his residence at Kiyamgei Awang Leikai.

From his possession, the following arms and ammunition were recovered:

1. 01 ( one) AK Rifle,
2. 01 (one) SMG Carbine,
3. 09 (nine) magazines of different arms,
4. 737 (seven hundred thirty seven) ammunition rounds of different calibers,
5. 03 (three) BP plates,
6. 03 (three) BP jackets.
