As part of its ongoing community initiatives, 1st IRB conducted the following programmes:

1. Community Policing and Outreach Programme at Gothol Village (22-08-2026):
   A Community Policing and Community Outreach Programme was conducted at Community Centre, Gothol village, hosted by officers and personnel of 1st IRB. The programme was attended by the Village Chief, members of the Village Authority (VA) and public including women and children numbering around 60.

The programme covered awareness on the benefits of Police-Public Partnership and Prevention & Awareness on Drugs. The Secretary of the VA expressed gratitude to 1st IRB for assisting in maintenance of Law & Order in the area and encouraged the villagers to continue to cooperate with security personnel.

2. Weekly ‘Shramdaan’ Initiative (21-08-2026):
   As part of the weekly ‘Shramdaan’ initiative, seventy (70) officers and personnel of the Battalion conducted a cleanliness drive at the campus of District Hospital, Churachandpur and CMC, Churachandpur.
