Imphal, 10 August 2026:
As part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, Manipur Police organised a grand Bike Rally today to celebrate the spirit of patriotism, national unity and pride in the Tricolour.

The rally was flagged off by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Manipur, Shri Yumnam Khemchand Singh, in the presence of the Hon’ble Home Minister, Hon’ble MLAs, the Director General of Police, Manipur, and other senior civil and police officials.

More than 1,200 riders representing various rider clubs from across Manipur participated enthusiastically in the rally. Carrying the National Flag, the riders commenced their journey from Hapta Kangjeibung, Imphal, and proceeded up to 8th MR, Leikun, Chandel, presenting a vibrant display of unity, patriotism and collective pride.

Addressing the gathering, the Hon’ble Chief Minister highlighted the significance of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign in strengthening the bonds of national unity and urged the people, particularly the youth, to uphold the values represented by the Tricolour.

The Director General of Police, Manipur, also addressed the participants and emphasised the role of citizens and the youth in fostering peace, harmony and a shared sense of responsibility towards the State and the Nation.

The rally brought together riders from diverse backgrounds on a common platform, carrying the message of “One Nation, One Tiranga” and reaffirming the collective commitment towards peace, unity and national integration.

At the culmination of the programme, the participating rider clubs were felicitated by Manipur Police in recognition of their enthusiastic participation and contribution towards making the event a success.

The event concluded with a strong message of national unity, communal harmony, peace and pride in the Tricolour, reflecting the true spirit of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign.
