| Brief of the work done | On 22/04/2020 at about 3.00 p.m. received a reliable information that some members of KYKL an unlawful organization are loitering at Thoubal Bazar. Acting on the credible information, a team of CDO Unit, Thoubal immediately rused to the said area and conducted search of the suspected persons. In that, one unknown youth was found standing at thoubal bazar in a very suspicious manner. Due to his suspicious nature he was detained for verification. On preliminary verification, he identified himself as thingnam Rajiv Meitie (34 yrs) S/o Th. Ibotombi Meitei of Kakching Khunou Thingnam Tarung Leikai, an Over Ground worker member of Chingkhei of Kumbi, an active member of KYKL. He gives shelter to Ibungo at his house and facilitated to operate in and around Kakching area. As such, he was arrested at 3.45 p.m of 22/04/2020 by observing formalities. hence the case. |

| Brief of the work done | On 15/04/2020 at about 5.40 a.m a team of CDO Unit, Thoubal conducted frisking and checking duty at langthabal Khunou area. During the frisking and checking, one unknown person was found standing at Langthbal Khunou near waiting shed in a very suspicious manner. Due to his suspicious nature, he was detained for verification. On preliminary verification he identified himself as Mayanglambam Rajiv Singh @ Ibomcha @ Angam (32) S/o (L) M Amuba Singh of Kakching Khunou Hijam Maning Leikai, a member of RPF/PLA. Further, he disclosed that he joined RPF/PLA during the month of june, 2020 through one Leishemba of PLA/ RPF and got 45 days basic military training at Khongtal Training Centre under Army No. 2473. As such, he was arrested at 05.40 a.m. of 15/04/2020 from Langthabal Khunou near waiting shed by observing formalities. hence the case. |
