ONE MYANMAR NATIONAL ARRESTED WITH 9.050 KG OF OPIUM IN CHURACHANDPUR

On 02.11.2026, a team of Behiang PS of Churachandpur District arrested one Myanmar national, identified as Lianlamhau Manlun (29) of Lomzang Village, Tonzang Township, Myanmar, from L. Kannan Village, Churachandpur District.
During the operation, 9.050 kg of opium, one mobile phone and an identity card of Myanmar Posts and Telecommunications were seized from his possession.
A case has been registered under the NDPS Act and further investigation is underway.
