Today, 04.09.2026, the Director General of Police, Manipur, Shri Mukesh Singh, IPS, accompanied by the ADGP (Law & Order) conducted a field visit to Leplen, Sinakeithei and Litan areas of Ukhrul District to review prevailing ground conditions and inspect security arrangements.The DGP held extensive interactive sessions with field commanders of deployed forces i.e. Manipur Police, 6th Manipur Rifles, Border Security Force and Central Reserve Police Force and also interacted with village authority members regarding their security concerns.The visit reinforced active command oversight in the Leplen, Sinakeithei and Litan areas, ensuring that combined forces remain strategically positioned and are proactive in protecting the local populace.
