Two Assam Natives Arrested with 2.3 Kg WY Tablets; Accomplice Also Held in Senapati

On 19/09/2026, a combined team of Senapati Police, CRPF and AR arrested two natives of Goalpara District, Assam along with contraband items:
1) Rohim Ali (23) of Dariduri, and
2) Anowar Hussiain Laskar (48) of Baguan.
The following were seized from the duo:
- 10 (Ten) packets of WY tablets (Amphetamine) weighing 2.3 kgs,
- One vehicle Bolero (AS01DT-7707),
- Cash of Rs. 5,000 (five thousand).
Following further investigation, one of their accomplices, Md Nawaz Khan of Mayai Leikai, Mayang Imphal was also arrested.
