The 33rd Raising Day of 1st India Reserve Battalion commenced on 01.08.2026 with Battalion Flag Hoisting followed by Shok Parade in memory of the departed souls of the Battalion.

As part of the celebrations, the newly constructed Jawan Mess, Jawan Kitchen, Recreation Hall, and Mess Boy Room cum Store were dedicated to the Jawans of the Battalion.

CO’s Commendation Certificates were distributed to deserving officers and Jawans of the Battalion.

A tree plantation drive was also carried out in memory of the departed souls. Families of the departed were felicitated with traditional shawls and IRB Coffee Mugs.

The evening session featured Bada Khana and a Rock Concert by the 1st IRB Jazz Band.
